King Street Rainbow

Yesterday’s rainy weather began to clear out right around sunset casting the Charleston area in an eerie, yellowish hue. The clearing conditions and sunset worked together perfectly to form a vibrant double rainbow over Charleston. If you are on Twitter, the #chs hashtag lit up with pictures of the rainbow from people on Daniel Island, James Island, West Ashley, Mt. Pleasant, and downtown. None of the pictures did the rainbow complete justice but the best picture, by far, was this one posted by @rodrazavi on King Street.

One more. This one is from Station 22 on Sullivan’s Island from Carl Geier.
