Charleston Flooding Pics 12.2.09

It rained this morning in Charleston and that pretty much always means flooding. Granted it was a lot of rain, upwards of 2-4 inches in only a few hours, and it hit around high tide which exacerbated our normally wonderful drainage situation here in the LowCountry. Several folks reported the local flooding to be as bad as they’ve ever seen it.

Here are a few pictures from this morning. The pictures were posted on Twitter. The first two are from @RobbinWatson with the other two from @sdutes and @chasinsideout.
