Have there always been this many waterspouts in the Charleston area? Another one was spotted earlier this morning off the Isle of Palms. This picture by Shevlin Howe was taken from the bridge over Breech Inlet. More pictures can be seen from The Post and Courier and News 2.
I’m so glad I don’t live in C-Town. If I saw these in real life, with the many there have been, well I wouldn’t be sleeping at all!

They stay over water and don’t hurt anyone. And isn’t half your family is from Missouri. That’s hardcore tornado country.
